Our catalogue, adverts and Web site descriptions, images and colours are subject to change and are for illustrative purposes only. In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative. If you need to cancel your order before it's been sent out, please email us before 12.00pm on the day you order, or if you order after 6pm, before 12pm the following day.
If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to return the goods for a refund or replacement. Please see our Returns policy for further info.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, or use Quick search to find what you need and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron cards.
We use the Sagepay payment system for orders placed on our website.

A confirmation of order will be sent to you via email (please check spam folders), this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within *5 working days.

Orders must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address.

If you haven't received your goods within 1-2 working days of receiving your dispatch email (you may be carded by the courier or postman), then please contact us straight away as the goods may be sent back to us. If this happens you will incur a charge of £10 to re-send the goods.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your order, we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please also note that our couriers will not leave a parcel with neighbours unless specified by the customer.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

All transaction information passed between our site and the Sagepay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. Sagepay is fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance.

Encryption and Data Storage

Once on the Sagepay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data held by Sagepay is extremely secure and Sagepay are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Links to banks

Sagepay have multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with. Employee access No individuals within Sagepay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to their most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from their own employees because their systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

Returns Policy


Non-faulty items must be sent back unused and in their original packaging any time up to the end of 7 days after you receive the goods. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a refund if required.
DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Books, Soiled shoes and worn clothing will not be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not effected by these conditions.
Shoes will not be exchanged or refunded if they have SKATE RELATED damage (grip tape is abrasive!), depending on use shoes can wear through very quickly! Wear and stitching damaged is generally not a manufacturing fault. Skateboard setups and mounted skis are custom made to the customer's order and therefore cannot be returned. In addition, snapped or cracked boards usually occur when your foot is in the wrong position when landing a trick. Unfortunately, if this happens, we cannot replace your broken board. Snowboards rarely break because of manufacturing issues. Most de laminations, cracks and snaps are caused through impacts, bad landings and collisions. Snowboards will only be presented to manufacturers for warranties if they do not show any signs of edge impact.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Conspiracy Clothing at your own cost.

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified Conspiracy Clothing that you are cancelling the contract, Conspiracy Clothing will refund or re-credit you within 14 days for the sum of the goods paid by you or debited from your credit card, minus shipping costs. Products returned which originally received 'free P&P' will have £8 deducted to cover costs incurred by the company for shipping.

You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Products returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address (above). When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss.

Label all returns to 'Conspiracy Returns Department'. You should also include your name, address, daytime telephone number, a copy of all invoice/receipts and a covering letter explaining why you are returning it AND what you would like us to do; refund or exchange? With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in new condition or after the 7 day period.

All products from Conspiracy are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers.
If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the Manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded. Your postage costs in returning the item to us will also be refunded.

If your purchase is being submitted for a warranty claim it will need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a decision is made on action required. This may incur a postage/courier charge on larger items for which successful claims will be reimbursed.

Nb: please be aware that some snowboard equipment (and other large items) will need to be sent via courier and therefore packaged by the customer. Courier pickup can be arranged by conspiracy retail ltd if no courier is available to the customer for a non-profit charge.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 2 days.

Applicable Law

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
